It’s the month of love and right now I am loving the idea of making date nights more interesting. I love dinner and drinks but sometimes it’s fun to do something a little different! You know? My husband and I have been together for eight years (we just celebrated our “officially dating” anniversary) and we try to make date nights a priority. One of my biggest tips if you are dating someone new or keeping the spark alive after a decade together, don’t forget dates don’t just have to be at night! Breakfast dates, day dates, heck you can make a date out of running errands. But this list is a bit more fun :)

Rec Hall: Nothing like a little competition to make for a fun date night. Rec Hall in St. Charles features giant games (think life size Connect 4, giant pong), a bar and lots of space to hang out.
Third Degree Glass: On the third Friday of the month they host an open house style event where you can watch glass blowing and explore the space. You can also take a class and make your own creation!
